Frequently Asked Questions

1. Can I try the gym before committing?

Yes, come in during office hours or message us on social media and we will get you what you need. Day passes are $10 or you can sign up for just 1 month. Both require you to sign a contract.

2. I'm in the military. Can I pause my account while I am away?

Yes! We know exactly what it's like to have an unpredictable schedule. Please reach out anytime you are away and we will pause your account until your return.

3. How can I cancel my membership?

Members in a contract will need to pay for 50% of the remaining time committed before being let out of the contract. If member is on orders to leave with the military we will happily let you out of your contract at no additional cost as long as there is proof of orders.

4. Can I bring a friend with me?

We encourage you to bring anyone with you to PHG! As long as they come in to sign our waiver and pay the day pass they are absolutely allowed to be there. Per safety of our members this is the only way to allow a nonmember into the gym.
