1. Can I try the gym before committing?

Yes, follow the "Sign-Up" button to purchase a day pass and try it out! Or, message us and we will get you what you need. Day passes are $10 or you can sign up for just 1 month.

2. I'm in the military. Can I pause my account while I am away?

Yes! We know exactly what it's like to have an unpredictable schedule. Please reach out anytime you are away for deployments or school and we will pause your account until your return.

3. How can I cancel my membership?

Members in a contract will need to pay for 50% of the remaining time committed before being let out of the contract. If member is on orders to ETS/PCS with the military we will happily let you out of your contract at no additional cost as long as there is proof of orders.

4. Can I bring a friend with me?

We encourage you to bring friends and family with you to PHG! All they need to do is purchase a "Day Pass" by following the "Sign-Up" button. All necessary waivers and documents will be signed there with access instructions attached via email!
